Book Multiple Rooms

During the reservation process, you can select more than one room, if the template you're using allows it.

  1. After you find available rooms, click Add(+) to move each room into the Selected Rooms area. You can repeat this for each room you want to add to your reservation.
  2. As you book each room, EMS prompts you to enter attendees and setup type as follows:
    1. Enter the headcount in No. of Attendees.
    2. Select a setup type from Setup Type.
    3. Click Add Room to book the room.
  3. Click Next Step to continue with the booking process.
