Move Bookings to a Different Reservation in the Navigator

You use the Move Bookings Wizard to move one or more bookings that do not have invoiced items from a selected reservation to an existing reservation or to an entirely new reservation.

When you move a booking, the booking and all its associated details are removed entirely from the original reservation.

  1. Open the reservation in the Navigator. 
  2. Select the reservation from which you are moving the bookings. In the pane on the right, click Tools, and then click Move Bookings Wizard. 
  1. The Move Bookings Wizard opens with the option to move the bookings to an Existing Reservation pre-selected. You can enter the reservation number of an Existing Reservation or start a New Reservation.
  2. Click Next. The Select Bookings window displays, listing the bookings for the selected reservation that do not have invoiced items.

You can use the Hide Canceled Bookings and Hide Old Bookings options to adjust the list.

  1. Select the booking(s) you want to move to the new or existing reservation (you can click Select All to select all the displayed bookings in a single step), and then click Finish. A message opens indicating that the changes were made successfully.
  2. Click OK. The Navigator shows both the old reservation and the new or existing reservation in the left pane of the Navigator. Any conflicts that arise are indicated in the Navigator.
