Add Item Wizard

1. Open the Navigator and select the bookings to which you want to add the same items. 
2. In the Bookings pane, click Tools > Add Item Wizard. 

3. On the first window of the Add Item Wizard, the Select Category window displays categories in use for any bookings in the reservation. 

4. Select the category to which you want to add items.
5. Click Next. 
6. Proceed to one of the following:
   • Adding non-resource category items
   • Adding resource, service order, or catering category items
